This is fire, I think the completely black shading works very well with the color palette.

I like the rendering on the character! The way you did gives her a unique blocky design, particularly with her hairdo. I think the right hand looks weird, though. The length of the index finger looks kind of off in perspective, and it's difficult to tell if the right hand is in proportion when the left hand is not as detailed as the other one.

I really like the drawing overall, but I got a little confused on the perspective on the character's left arm and shoulder. Compared to her right side, it looked like to me for a second that both the shoulder and forearm were next to each other.

The colors are pretty, but I'm confused on the overall perspective of the artwork (unless that was intentional). The inward curvature of the buildings towards the sky, the outward curvature and rim lighting on the railing towards the viewer, and the neutral orientation of the character are suggesting me three different perspectives that go against each other.

EDIT: I think going for a more accurate perspective wouldn't have hurt because the color choices alone make the artwork visually interesting, but to each their own.

This is cute! I'm not sure what goals you're aiming for in this loop, but you could slow down the head bobs a bit and add an in-between on the eyes blinking for a more realistic movement.
